We are excited to introduce our new additions to the family...... Elmcoon Sarsaparilla Many thanks to Helen and Brenda for this gorgeous girl Lillycubs Ice Cream Our grateful thanks to Ilona for this wonderful boy We will be adding their own pages soon.
It was a lovely morning to drive over to Motherwell for the joint show.
IGrCh Whatatrill Jackson of Spirritz was 5th in one of the Olympian classes and nowhere in the other, not surprising really as the classes were big! He did win both Best of Breeds and did well in the side classes. Spirritz Serendipity won both CC's and subject to GCCF confirmation, is now a CHAMPION! She lost out on the Best of Breeds to her dad, Jackson, and also did well in the side classes. It was lovely to catch up with everyone, especially the Rodger's family, I loved hearing about Dora and Elmo, their Spirritz babies, and to see how they had grown. Thank you guys 😘 Whilst Mike stayed home, I ventured off by myself to St. Helens for this show. Again it was IGrCh Whatatrill Jackson of Spirritz and Spirritz Serendipity who were on show.
Jackson is such a lovely boy to show, he enjoys his day out and being admired by the visitors in the afternoon. He was 3rd in Olympian, won Best of Breed and 2 x 1st in his side classes. Serendipity was out for the first time in the Adult classes, she won her first Challenge Certificate, beaten for Best of Breed by her Dad (Jackson), 2nd and 3rds in her side classes. Although a long drive, It was a lovely day and I thoroughly enjoyed catching up with friends that I had not seen for quite a while. The Edinburgh is our local show and one we have shown regularly at since the late 1990's. This time we took along IGrCh Whatatrill Jackson of Spirritz and his daughter, Spirritz Serendipity.
It was an extremely busy day for me, helping out as a committee member, as well as exhibiting and stewarding for one of the judges. We had a fab day though with Jackson wnning Reserve Olympian, Best of Breed, a 1st and 2nd in the miscellaneous classes. Jackson's daughter, Serendipity surpassed her father, 2 x 1st Open Classes, 2 x Best of Breeds and seconds in her side classes. She finished the day by being BEST OF VARIETY SLH KITTEN in the Caledonian show!! It was the first show for three of our kittens and they did us proud and best of all they enjoyed their day!
Spirritz Serendipity won 1st and Best of Breed, also a 1st, 2nd and 3rd in side classes. Spirritz Girl Scout won 1st and Best of Breed, a 1st, 2nd and 3rd in her side classes. Spirritz Glacier-Mist was 2nd, beaten by her sister, Girl Scout, a 2nd and 2 x 3rd in her side classes. Also there was IGrCh Whatatrill Jackson of Spirritz, he won 3rd in Olympian, Best of Breed and a 1st in a side class. We had a lovely day at the joint shows of Durham County Cat Club and Northern Counties Cat Club. We took IGrCh Whatatrill Jackson of Spirritz and as always, he did us proud by winning Reserve in one Olympian class and 3rd in the other, 2 x Best of Breeds and 2 x 2nd in side classes.
